kde-workspace-randr software package provides randr tools from kde-workspace, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-workspace-randr
kde-workspace-randr is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-workspace-randr package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-workspace-randr *
You will get with kde-workspace-randr package name, version, architecture and description in a table
